1:1 Coaching

Challenge & Change

  • The design of this program is customized to your unique challenge - personal or professional. Our work together focuses on reflective root cause discovery, understanding obstacles and resistance, and creation of your unique development plan that delivers movement toward your envisioned outcome and enduring positive change.

    Coaching sessions are 1-2x/month for 60-90 minutes over 3-6 months. During these sessions, we'll focus on your goals, leveraging real-time work and life scenarios. Additionally, you have unlimited spot coaching via various channels, such as email, text, phone calls, and video messaging, to address any issues that arise between scheduled sessions.

Leadership Development

    • You feel your ability to lead is increasingly challenging.

    • Effective communication with teams, alignment around plans, collaboration, presence, resilience, impact… need to be more effective.

    • How could you lead differently, and toward your full creativity and potential?

  • The progressive structure of this program is tailored to the ambiguous challenges leaders personally face. We hone in on the forces at play, explore dynamics, and co-construct an iterative and actionable development plan.

    We may utilize a 37-dimension leadership traits and behaviors assessment for self-reflection (or 360º assessment) to gain insights and support progress measurement over time.

    The program works in ‘blocks’ of coaching sessions - a block focuses on a challenge and is comprised of (6) 90-minute coaching sessions over the course of 3-6 months, with unlimited ad hoc spot coaching for timely support between sessions. Blocks are added as new challenges arise.

Professional Transition

    The structured plan involves (8) one-hour sessions spread across 4-6 months. We concentrate on your pivotal goals by integrating current work and life experiences, and co-create a clear vision and pathway for your next chapter.

    This comprehensive engagement includes unlimited spot coaching for timely support between sessions.

STRATA : The ELT Program

  • A full-integrated leadership team assessment and development program that aims to unlock the full potential behind pointed questions such as:

    • How effectively are we implementing our strategy?

    • What’s getting in our way?

    • How is the team showing up, and how does that compare to what is needed?

  • Individual and collective leadership team development ideally suited for teams of 5-12 leaders. The program is annually-based and customized to unique client and team requirements.

    • Correlate leadership to productivity, profits, turnover, and other bottom-line metrics.

    • Directs leaders to where the most crucial conversations for effectiveness can be had, linked to strategic imperatives.

    • Facilitation of quarterly reviews, annual collective leadership assessment, and report debrief.

    • Support for each leader with their individual assessment, development plan, and 1:1 coaching.
