About
Not a guru. A partner.
Executive coaching built on directness, discretion, and the belief that you already have more capacity than you're using.
The Origin
How this started
ThomasMarc & Co. grew out of a simple observation: the most accomplished leaders are often the most isolated. They've outgrown the advice available to them. They can't be fully honest with their board, their team, or sometimes even their partner about what they're really navigating.
We exist to be the conversation that's been missing.
The Intelligence Gap
Our Manifesto
We live in an age of infinite information and scarce intelligence. Every leader has access to the same data, the same frameworks, the same podcasts. The advantage isn't what you know — it's how you think.
Intelligence is judgment under pressure. It's the ability to navigate when the map is useless. It's knowing which decision matters and which is noise. It's the difference between managing complexity and being managed by it.
We don't teach intelligence. We help leaders access the intelligence they already have — and build the capacity for the intelligence they'll need next.
A Note on Approach
What we're not
Not Motivational Speakers
No rah-rah energy. No five-step formulas. If you want hype, we're not for you.
Not Consultants
We don't parachute in with a slide deck and leave. We walk alongside you in the actual work.
Not Therapists
We're aware of the emotional terrain, but the work is forward-facing: decisions, leadership, performance.
We Are Partners
We sit in the copilot seat. Direct, discreet, holistic. We push back because that's what the work requires.
Background
For the curious
Certifications, degrees, and years of experience exist — they're just not the point. What matters is whether the conversation lands. Whether the partnership moves you forward. Whether the results show up.
The best way to evaluate us isn't a credential list — it's a conversation.

"Thomas stayed with me, every step of the way, creating a safe space for me to open up, question where I needed the push to face my blockers, and acknowledge my progress where necessary to fuel me to keep going. Thomas' calm presence allowed me the time and space to unravel what I was battling and what I needed to do next to overcome my own obstacles."
"Thomas literally changed my life. I cannot thank him enough for his compassion, patience, motivation and guidance. He allowed me to explore areas of my consciousness that I had not tapped into for a while, shifting my sense of disconnection to optimistically developing new habits that have helped me evolve into who I was born to be."
